  • Undergraduate & Graduate Students: The due date for all items is May 8, 2024, no matter when the request is placed.
  • Faculty & Staff: Standard due dates remain in place (Books - 28 days, Media - 14 days).

Are you a student registered for the Fall 2024 semester? Send us an email or call us at (210) 458-8340 if you would like to keep your materials past May 8th.
